Incorporate full-length zippers into the Bellow for easy installation without the need to dismantle the equipment. Choose between metallic or poly-plastic zippers for added convenience.
These inserts are utilized to preserve the shape of the bellow during operation. They can include internal steel rings or plastic disc inserts.
In certain situations, it's essential for bellows to avoid building up positive or negative pressure. To achieve this, air vents are employed. Additionally, air vents help address moisture concerns by allowing moisture to evaporate from within the Bellow.
For bellows with extended working lengths, using tie straps is recommended as they promote even stretching along the entire length.
Serve as an effective alternative to other fastening methods for cuff ends, especially when overstretching is not a concern, offering a secure solution that eliminates the need for hose clamps.
In situations where long working length bellows are used over ACME or Ball Screw applications, sagging of the bellow can lead to operational challenges and potential damage to the bellow or ball screw. To address this, we recommend using internal shaft guides or bush supports as a preventive measure.
These external supports are comprised of small tabs with an eyelet, strategically positioned along the outer perimeter of the bellow.
